You most likely get an error message that looks like this:

According to the EBSCO technical support representative, this problem has been reported by some users and seems to be associated with recent updates to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser, particularly relating to the browsing history features and off-campus proxy access.  The EBSCO team is currently working to eliminate the problem.

 Meanwhile, here are three workarounds that should get you the access you need.

1.       Use another browser, such as Mozilla Firefox.

2.      Clear the browsing history and cookies from Internet Explorer on your computer .

3.      Access the databases while you are on campus (when you will not be using your individual login).
